Robot cells are the the ideal solution for assembly, commissioning and palletising tasks. They ensure that all processes are performed in the required sequence and nothing is left to chance.
Production method:
Scara or six-axis robots are combined with conventional feed and assembly stations. The robot handles all product versions and palletises the parts to be assembled. Standard components are supplied in bulk through sorting systems and pick&place stations. Robots can be combined with integrated rotary tables for the assembly of individual parts.
